St. Petersburg ranked No. 12 in renting conditions and community amenities, according to a new study.
Storage Café, a nationwide storage space marketplace, evaluated more than 82,000 large apartment buildings in the U.S. and ranked the top 100.
The study looks at amenities such as business centers, storage space, pools, and outdoor space.
Nearly 90% of St. Pete apartments evaluated have access to outdoor space and pools, while nearly 60% have on-site business centers, a plus during the pandemic. Nearly 40% have on-site storage.
Tampa ranked No. 10 on the list and Orlando came in at No. 5.
