A half acre of waterfront land on Brightwater Drive in Clearwater has been sold for more than $4.1 million by the Calhoon Commercial Group of Smith & Associates Commercial Real Estate.
Owned by a trust and purchased by a Nashville developer, the property consists of three vacant lots at the end of the Brightwater Drive cul-de-sac.
“The location and size of this property presented an incredible opportunity for the buyer,” said Calhoon Commercial Group’s Patrick Calhoon. “His vision is to build eleven sizeable and luxurious units, which will be a mix of townhomes and condominiums with boat slips and upscale amenities.”
