The house, listed by St. Pete global advisor Nick Janovsky of Sotheby’s International Realty, became the most expensive sale ever recorded in the 33703 ZIP code, and the highest priced single-family home in downtown St. Pete year-to-date.
The 6,482-square-foot house, built in 2015, is lined with hurricane rated impact windows, eight foot doors throughout, solar panels, and rooftop access with open water views and downtown St. Pete’s skyline. The house has seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as four parking spots.
