Winner: Manatee watchers. The TECO Manatee Viewing Center is open again after an 18 month close. People can return to the canal near Apollo Beach near the Big Bend 4 power plant to watch potentially hundreds of the gentle sea cows as they escape chilly waters for the warmth that spot provides.
Loser: Antonio Brown. The now-former Buccaneers receiver not only lost his spot on the team (and likely his NFL career) on Sunday when he stormed off the field mid-game against the Jets – he was also within reach of meeting performance incentives that would have brought him $1 million.
