The Tradewinds Island Resorts will offer Valentine’s Day specials at its Palm Court Italian Grill at the Tradewinds Island Grand and at RumFish Grill at the RumFish Beach Resort.
The Palm Court special menu includes a 14oz Ribeye with sherry buttered mushrooms, truffle mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables; Mediterranean Salmon over lobster and crab-stuffed ravioli in a sherry lobster sauce with seasonal vegetables; and a chocolate tort topped with strawberries, which is served with either entree.
RumFish will offer four course meals, including caramelized sea scallops or lavender and honey grilled rack of lamb as the main. Complete menu here.
