The beat goes on as USF falls to 1-7

by The 100 Companies

USF’s miseries continued at Houston as the Bulls fell to 1-7 after losing 42-27 to the Cougars.

In a season where USF fans expected improvement after the Bulls won just three games in the last two seasons, the heat is building on head coach Jeff Scott. The Bulls are 4-25 on his watch.

USF will be at Temple this Saturday.

Against Houston, sophomore Katravis Marsh – playing for injured Gerry Bohanon – completed 24 of 34 passes for 275 yards and a touchdown, with zero turnovers.

USF continues to have one of the nation’s worst defenses, ranking No. 128 out of 131 teams.
