The Tampa Bay Rowdies are on a roll as they head to the USL playoffs.
Tampa Bay concluded the regular season with a 1-0 win over the New York Red Bulls II. It was the Rowdies’ fourth-consecutive win.
The Rowdies’ dominant defense limited New York to only two shots.
“This is the best I’ve felt about this group this year,” Coach Neill Collins said. “It’s been a difficult year for so many reasons. The players have just kept forging ahead. They’ve shown a great deal of resilience.”
The Rowdies open the playoffs at home against Miami FC on Saturday, Oct. 22.
