Tampa General is America’s Best Employer for Women, ranking first place on Forbes’ annual list for its leadership. The academic medical center jumped 12 spots to secure this win, previously ranking No. 13 in 2021.
“This recognition showcases our commitment by highlighting the support we specifically provide to women,” said John Couris, TGH CEO. “Our priority is to understand what all our team members need and what is important to them in their lives.”
TGH is also the highest-ranked hospital in the market in U.S. News & World Report’s 2022-23 Best Hospitals and is tied as the third highest-ranked hospital in Florida.
