A St. Petersburg-based leadership development firm is acquiring another located across the Bay in a deal hoping to generate more women leaders.
St. Pete’s McGuckin Group merged with Key Associates, Inc., a longtime executive talent development firm based in Tampa, to provide a variety of leadership programing. Both organizations have worked with several Fortune 500 companies.
The two firms are already working to merge their services, McGuckin Group founder and CEO Audrey McGuckin said.
Key Associates Founder and President Mary Key will remain an advisor to the McGuckin Group’s Women on the Way, which focuses on leadership inequality and diversity.
