Tampa’s Straz Center for the Performing Arts has named Greg Holland as its next president and CEO.
Holland, who is a veteran in the theater industry, has worked with Tony Award-winning plays in San Francisco, Dallas and New York. He previously served as CEO of BroadwaySF, a role he held for 20 years until the production company sold off two key venues in 2021.
Holland will replace Judy Lisi, who led the Straz Center for three decades. Lisi announced her retirement last fall.
He’s set to start Oct. 1, joining the center as it prepares to expand along the Hillsborough River in 2023.
