The Rowdies remained on a roll with a 3-1 win Saturday over Atlanta 2 at Al Lang Stadium.
It was Tampa Bay’s fifth-consecutive win and pushed their unbeaten streak to 11. The Rowdies pulled within one point of Louisville City FC for the top spot in the USL Championship’s Eastern Conference.
The Rowdies spotted Atlanta the first goal 14 minutes into the match, but they kept the pressure on, and it paid off with two goals from Steevan Dos Santos and a penalty kick from Leo Fernandes to complete the scoring.
The Rowdies will be at Indy Eleven on Saturday.
