The Rowdies remained unbeaten in their last six games after a 1-1 tie Saturday at home against the Charleston Battery. Still, the Rowdies were not happy after Charleston rallied in the 63rd minute to erase a 1-goal Tampa Bay lead. That’s how the game ended.
“The second half, there was real frustration there,” Rowdies Assistant Coach Jon Stead said.
Stead subbed for Head Coach Neill Collins, who was away continuing his UEFA Pro License course.
After a game at Pittsburgh, the Rowdies return on July 2 to take on Memphis 901 FC. A post-match fireworks show will follow the game.
