Winner and Loser of the Week

Winner: Tom Brady’s accountant. The New York Post reported that Brady agreed to a 10-year, $375 million contract to join the Fox NFL broadcast booth when he retires from playing (assuming that eventually happens).

Brady’s salary works out to $102,739.73 per day. We see a bright future for his money manager.

Loser: Hit and Run Drivers. TV station WTSP’s Crime Tracker reported that Hillsborough County leads the 10-county Tampa Bay area in the number of hit and run cases over the last four years.

Hillsborough had 7,321 such incidents, while Pinellas was next with 4,894. Polk County was third.
