The Rays head back to Tropicana Field Friday to start a nine-game homestand following their first road trip of the season.
They start the fun with a three-game series against A.L. East rival Boston. The Red Sox spoiled Tampa Bay’s season last year by knocking the Rays out in the Division Series round of the playoffs in four games. This is their first meeting since then.
On Friday, fans receive a Jackie Robinson “42” hat, while on Saturday, fans will receive a Randy Arozarena bobblehead.
The home stand concludes with three-game series against the Seattle Mariners and Minnesota Twins.
