The Altura Bayshore luxury condo tower is moving on up – literally. The Ronto Group announced that construction crews have started work on the 23-story main building overlooking Tampa’s Bayshore Boulevard. The crews are currently drilling foundation pillars, connecting utility lines, and beginning vertical construction.
“We are thrilled to be underway with vertical construction of this special tower,” The Ronto Group owner Anthony Solomon said at an April 6 groundbreaking ceremony attended by Tampa Mayor Jane Castor and other dignitaries.
The Ronto Group also announced that it has already sold 60% of the tower’s units, which represents $80 million in sales.
