The 334 Residences – what’s set to be among St. Pete’s tallest towers – has topped out its construction at 24 stories.
Now one step closer to opening its doors, the apartment tower stands at 250 feet, making it one of the city’s tallest residential buildings. It’s expected to open in 2023.
The tower will house 220 apartments, and include ground-level shopping and a parking garage.
“This is a landmark project in St. Petersburg, and we are very proud of the high quality and safe work we are doing with all of our trade partners,” said Sean DeMartino, Coastal Construction’s Central Florida President.
