Put your tennis shoes on – SPCA Tampa Bay’s biggest annual fundraiser, the 2022 Pet Walk, is set for Saturday, April 2.
This will the the 31st annual rendition of the Tampa Bay fundraiser, in which participants walk with dogs along St. Pete’s waterfront North Straub Park. The fundraiser will also host a pet costume contest.
The money raised by the event benefits Tampa Bay’s furry friends in need – the shelter cares for more than 4,770 animals annually who have been surrendered by their owners, as well as injured wildlife. More information is available here.
Last year, the organization raised over $115,000.
