Former state Rep. Larry Ahern has endorsed Republican Brian Scott for the Pinellas County Commission. Ahern served four terms in the Florida House of Representatives – first elected in 2010 as a staunch conservative.
“As a small business owner, and a community leader, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge of the issues and a willingness to serve the people,” Ahern said.
Scott faces incumbent Democratic Commissioner Pat Gerard for the District 2 seat.
“I am honored to have the support of Representative Ahern as we continue working to better our community and fight for the conservative values we share,” Scott said.
