Buyers have placed reservations on condominiums worth more than $150 million during the first 90 days of sales at The Residences at 400 Central in downtown St. Pete. The luxury condo tower is expected to be the tallest residential building on Florida’s Gulf coast.
“To have so many buyers respond so well, and so quickly, has far exceeded our expectations,” said John Catsimatidis, founder of Red Apple Real Estate.
Units range from one to four-bedroom residences, to expansive penthouses. Reservation holders will shortly convert their reservations into contracts.
In October, the team opened a sales gallery across from the site.
