A Clearwater woman is suing her neighbor over claims constant, loud sex is causing her and her son “emotional and mental anguish.”
Vicki Lehman wants $8,000 from Kerri Beirne, who lives above her at the Pointe in Clearwater. Lehamn says it’s $100 for every night over the course of two months that Beirne and her partner had “noisy, nasty” sex three-times a night, according to Pinellas court records.
Lehman said she complained to the property’s management and was told to call police. A responding officer wrote “loud intercourse in the privacy of your own home is not against the law.”
