Gov. Ron DeSantis has appointed Brian Gnage to serve as judge in the 6th Judicial Circuit.

Gnage served as a judge on the Pinellas County Court since 2021 after DeSantis appointed him to fill the vacancy created by Judge Steve Berlin, who moved from the county court to the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court.

Previously, Gnage served as an Assistant State Attorney for ten years in the Sixth Judicial Circuit. He received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and earned his law degree from Stetson University.

Gnage fills the judicial vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Linda R. Allan.
