U.S. Navy sailor Carla Pisecco is wishing her family in St. Petersburg a happy holiday from afar as she serves aboard USS Harry S. Truman.
Although Pisecco will be celebrating this holiday season aboard the ship with her fellow sailors, she wanted to make sure her family back home know they are missed.
“Family is the most important thing and the holidays are the one time a year, we all get together and just laugh, eat and enjoy each others company; even if the time is short,” Pisecco said. “Enjoy this time together. I love you and miss you all.”
