The Residences break ground in Downtown St. Pete

St. Pete Mayor Rick Kriseman joined the developers of The Residences Monday to officially break ground at the luxury condominium tower’s construction site at 400 Central Avenue.

Red Apple Real Estate Founder John Catsimatidis Sr. and Kriseman joined community and business leaders to celebrate the kickoff of construction for what will become the tallest residential tower on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

“St. Petersburg is such a special community, and we are honored to help contribute to the growing vibrancy of this wonderful city,” said Catsimatidis.

The 46-story, full-service tower will offer 301 condominiums with one-to-four-bedroom floorplans and custom penthouses.
