Pinellas County Court now accepting applications for judicial vacancy

The Sixth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is seeking applicants for a judicial vacancy from the retirement of the Honorable Myra Scott McNary.

The position is for the office of the Pinellas County Court Judge, and is open to those who have eligibility requirements set forth in the Florida Constitution.

Those qualifications require the person to be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar for the preceding five years, a resident of Pinellas County and a Florida registered voter.

Application forms for the judgeship can be downloaded here, and are due by noon Sept. 10. More information is available here.
