A new luxe townhome development is in the works at 630 4th Ave South, within St. Pete’s Innovation District on the edge of downtown.
The development, called SOMA, will be made up of four luxury townhomes starting at $1.15 million. Each 2890-square-foot unit will boast an elevator, three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
The townhouses will be split into a pair of two-unit buildings separated by a courtyard.
St. Pete Development Company is behind the project, purchasing the lot back in March for $840,000. Canopy Builders is the general contractor for the project.
